Introducing SOMO Cowork

a flexible workspace for those in search of a better way to work

Sonoma County has long been known for its incredible wine, breathtaking scenery, and a deep sense of a close-knit community. It’s a reprieve where you can escape big city life to recharge and unwind. And soon, it’ll also be known as a place where you can go to discover a better work-life balance.

In the past few years, the working world has experienced a shake-up. Remote employment has been on the rise and, as a result, people are realizing they don’t need to be tethered to city centers anymore.

That’s why we’re so proud to launch SOMO Cowork, our forward-thinking flexible workspace that’ll be home to solo professionals, growing start-ups, and enterprise organizations.

Slated to open its doors in June, SOMO Cowork will provide SOMO Village residentsand anyone in Sonoma County within twenty minutes’ driveswith one of the best workplaces imaginable.

This purpose-built, design-forward space was founded on the belief that your professional success and personal well-being are inherently connected. It’s a hub where great work and good living go hand in hand, allowing you to make health and wellness a natural part of your workday through amenities like:

  • Zen garden workstations
  • Pet-friendly environment
  • Meditation and massage rooms
  • Outdoor decks
  • Cafeteria and lounge areas
  • Peleton bikes
  • Free onsite parking
  • Community events
  • Wellness initiatives and events

We built SOMO Cowork to be more than just a workspace. It’s a values-driven professional community built on four core pillars.

  • Wellness: We strive to make healthy living easier and more accessible through thoughtfully-designed spaces and wellness-focused amenities.
  • Community: We understand the value of community and we passionately support its growth both within our walls and in Sonoma County at large.
  • Sustainability: We believe in doing what’s good for people and good for the planet, operating ethically and sustainably, including being fully solar-powered, as part of the One Planet Community initiative.
  • Creative Arts: We find inspiration in nature, art, and local culture and proactively infuse these elements into our spaces, our programming, and our community.
