There will be no better time to do things you never had time for. It is time to think about how to spend this time productive, effective and with a specific goal. On this occasion, it is worth asking yourself: What is worth investing your time, attention and energy in? We decided to share some of our ideas with you. Whether you’re a fan of sport, film, or literature, you’ll find something for yourself!
Improve muscle mobility
Since you don’t have access to gym equipment and weights, it’s worth focusing on what you usually don’t have time for after regular training – stretching and improving muscle mobility. Skipping stretching not only increases the risk of injury but also has a direct impact on training results. Regardless of whether you can organize a home gym or not, remember to spend 15 minutes a day on stretching exercises. To do the stretching exercises you just need a wall, a sofa and virtually every stable object that will allow comfortable support. Remember to hold at least 30 seconds in any position. By doing stretching each day, you’ll be able to see your progress more easily. If every day you manage to shift the stretch limit of the muscle by at least a few millimeters, you can consider it a success!
